Nest is a project in motion.

Set within the space that was once Rolling Penny, it marks an evolution — a shift toward something more expressive, more seasonal, and more aligned with how we want to cook, eat, and bring people together.

Built from years in kitchens, long lunches, and pop-ups across New South Wales, Nest is grounded in produce and the people behind it. Our focus is simple: thoughtful food, exciting wines and beers, experience that feels connected to place.

By day, Nest leans into a more elevated brunch offering — a menu designed around flavour, balance, and familiar ideas, approached with intention. Alongside good coffee and a proper Bloody Mary when it calls for it.

By night, it shifts again. An intimate dining experience built around a seasonal set menu that evolves with what’s available and what we’re inspired by.

The cooking is guided by the idea of taking a raw ingredient and developing it into something unexpected — drawing on technique where it matters, but never losing sight of the ingredient itself.

Nest isn’t about formality. It’s about balance — technique without ego, food without fuss, and creating something that feels warm, generous, and worth coming back to. A space for our community to feel inspired, to slow down, and to feel at home.
